Mr. Montano is a 1993 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Seton Hall University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996. Mr. Montano was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court that same year.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Montano served as a law clerk in both the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County (1996-1997) and the United States District Court, Newark Vicinage (1997-1998) for the Honorable Katherine S. Hayden.

Mr. Montano's practice focuses mainly on personal injury defense, including automobile claims, premises and product liability, and civil rights defense. Mr. Montano also represents plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury actions.
