Mr. Sponder graduated from New York University in 1996 with a B.S. in Speech and Professional Communication. In 1999, Mr. Sponder was awarded his J.D. degree from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Trial Team, awarded First Place in a Client Counseling Competition and Editor in Chief of the Cardozo Law Forum. Prior to graduation, Mr. Sponder served as an intern to the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office and New York State Magistrate Judge Michael L. Orenstein. Mr. Sponder was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, New York State Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sponder served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lorraine C. Parker, Superior Court of New Jersey, Sussex County, N.J., Criminal Division and Probate Part. Subsequent to his clerkship, Mr. Sponder practiced in various areas of civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Sponder's practice will focus on personal injury litigation with an emphasis on automobile related insurance defense.
