Ms. Rudd is a graduate of Douglass College, Rutgers University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Studies and Urban Communication in 1979. Thereafter, Ms. Rudd was employed in a Wall Street law firm until returning to school to obtain her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984. After gaining admission to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, she served as a judicial law clerk to both the Honorable Burton J. Ironson, J.S.C.-Law Division and the Honorable Miriam N. Span, J.S.C.-Chancery Division/Family Part in the Union Superior Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rudd practiced in various areas of law, including numerous aspects of civil litigation and general practice. With past experience which includes general negligence and representation of parties involved in commercial and residential real estate transactions, she has most recently practiced as a trial attorney with specific emphasis in all aspects of the litigation and defense of medical malpractice matters.
