Certified Civil Trial Attorney: Mr. Greene's practice concentrates in environmental litigation and insurance coverage matters. An active litigator since 1985, Mr. Greene is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has extensive experience in matters arising under CERCLA, the New Jersey Spill Act and related regulations. He has represented clients in cost recovery litigation and ADR proceedings arising out of some of the largest Superfund sites and has served on numerous PRP and litigation group committees whose purpose is to achieve cost efficient and favorable settlements with USEPA and other governmental agencies. Mr. Greene's other areas of expertise include insurance coverage for environmental and construction defect claims. He has litigated dozens of insurance coverage actions and represents clients in this field in multiple ADR proceedings, including binding arbitration, non-binding arbitration and mediation. Mr. Greene's caseload also includes products liability, toxic tort and professional liability matters. He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.

A 1980 graduate of Drew University, where he was on the Dean's List and majored in Political Science, Mr. Greene received his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984. Before beginning the practice of law in 1985, Mr. Greene served as a Judicial Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey and a Judicial Intern in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Greene is a member of the American Bar Association, the ABA Section of Environment, Energy and Resources, the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Environmental Law Section, and the Essex County Bar Association. In addition to his professional duties, Mr. Greene has donated his time to pro bono representation through the Association for Children of New Jersey. He also serves as a commissioner on the Madison Borough Environmental Commission.
