Mr. Oshin earned a B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University in 1987. He received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in June, 1990 and served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable William A. Dreier, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Mr. Oshin was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, in December 1990.
