Certified Civil Trial Attorney: Mr. Scott is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law where he received his degree in 1989. He received his Bachelors Degree in Economics from Lafayette College in 1986.
Mr. Scott's practice involves personal injury litigation and complex civil litigation including: Product Liability Claims, Construction Litigation, Professional Liability Claims, Insurance Coverage Disputes, Automobile Accident Claims and Premises Liability Claims. He has over a decade of experience as a trial attorney and has practiced throughout New Jersey. He is admitted to practice before Courts in the State of New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
