Mr. Gurski graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2001 where he majored in Political Science, with a minor in History and a concentration in Russian Studies. He is also a graduate of the College Honors Program. Mr. Gurski served as Sports Director and Assistant Station Manager of WTSR 91.3 FM while also serving as Captain of TCNJ's College Bowl team for all four of years he attended TCNJ, during which time the team made three appearances in the College Bowl National Championships; a feat matched by only two other colleges. In 1996, Joseph participated in the Jeopardy Teen Tournament. Appearing on four episodes, this bright young man won, at the time, the highest one-day total in Teen Tournament history. In May 2004, Mr. Gurski received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law - Newark. During law school, he was a member of the Intellectual Property Society and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Gurski also served as a student attorney in the Urban Legal Clinic at Rutgers, where he provided counsel for individuals, and for small profit and not-for-profit businesses with limited financial resources in connection with the use, licensing, and transfer of their intellectual property rights. Mr. Gurski was admitted to the New Jersey State and the Federal Court, District of New Jersey bars in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gurski served as an Associate with a firm practicing civil plaintiff's litigation and foreclosure defense litigation.
