Attorneys

Mr. Hayes graduated from Rutgers University in 1990 where he majored in Accounting and Spanish.  In May 1997, Mr. Hayes received a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law Newark.  While attending law school, Mr. Hayes was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Rutgers Law Review.   

During the 1997-1998 judicial term, Mr. Hayes served as the law clerk to the Honorable Alan A. Rockoff, Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage.

 In 1997, Mr. Hayes was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars and the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Thereafter, Mr. Hayes was admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Courts for Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. 

Mr. Hayes practices in the areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense and commercial litigation.
