Certified Civil Trial Attorney: Mr. Kundla graduated Seton Hall University in 1978, receiving his B.A. degree cum laude after earning Honor's List distinction and Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society membership throughout his collegiate years. In 1981, Mr. Kundla received his J.D. degree cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Law Journal. Following graduation, he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John J. Geronimo, Civil Assignment Judge, Hudson County. Mr. Kundla is admitted to the New Jersey and New York State Bars, the Bar of the United States District Courts, Districts of New Jersey, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals, for the Second and Third Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kundla has focused his practice on defense litigation largely in the fields of Product Liability, Fire and Explosion, Professional Liability, including attorney malpractice and brokers errors and omissions. His litigation unit also is responsible for Transportation Law, Construction Law, Business and Commercial Law, General Negligence Claims, including claims against public entities under Title 59 of the New Jersey Tort Claims Act. Mr. Kundla is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has successfully tried numerous complex products liability and accident reconstruction cases, achieving outstanding results for the Firm's clients.
