Mr. Panas graduated from the University of Delaware in 2000 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. In 2005, Mr. Panas was awarded his J.D. degree from Seton Hall Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law and was awarded the Best Brief Author and Best Oral Advocate in Appellate Advocacy. Prior to graduation, Mr. Panas worked as a Legal Intern at the United State's Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey and studied abroad in Italy. Mr. Panas was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2005. And the New York State Bar in 2007. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Panas served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Douglas M. Fasciale, Superior Court, Union County, N.J., Law Division, Civil Part. Mr. Panas' practice will focus on personal injury litigation with an emphasis on automobile related insurance defense.
