Mr. McCormick graduated from Montclair State University magna cum laude with a B.A. in political science in 1994. He attended Seton Hall University School of Law where he earned his J.D. in 2000. At Seton Hall, he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review .
In 2000, Mr. McCormick was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Bar for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCormick served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable F. Michael Caruso, J.S.C., Civil Division.
