Mr. Daly graduated from Rutgers College in 1990 with a B.A. in History and English. He received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Newark, in 1995 where he served as an Associate Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law, Computers and Technology. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Daly served as law clerk for the Honorable Rocco L. D'Ambrosio, Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. Mr. Daly was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1995. Mr. Daly has focused his practice on defense litigation largely in the fields of Product Liability, Fire and Explosion, Professional Liability, including attorney malpractice and brokers' errors and omissions. His litigation unit also is responsible for Transporting Law, Construction Law, Business and Commercial Law, General Negligence Claims, including claims against public entities under Title 59 of the New Jersey Tort Claims Act.
