Mr. Povelones graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 1992, earning a B.A. magna cum laude in Government. In 1995, Mr. Poveloens was awarded a J.D. Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Mr. Povelones was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, in 1995.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Povelones practiced in civil litigation with an emphasis on collection litigation.
