In June 1990, Mr. Sarno graduated cum laude from Montclair State University where he majored in Political Science and minored in Pre-Law. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member and eventual graduate of the inaugural Montclair State Honors Program. In June 1995, Mr. Sarno received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Sarno was an active participant in the Pro Bono program of the Center for Social Justice and was both a participant and judge for the Moot Court Competition. During the years 1994 and 1995, he worked as a law clerk for a solo practitioner. Mr. Sarno practices in the area of litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense and employment law.
