Attorneys
Mr. Nestor graduated from Seton Hall University in 2005, where he was named a Presidential Scholar, appointed the managing editor of the Journal of Government and Politics, and sat upon the executive boards of numerous honor societies and other preeminent student organizations. In addition to the various awards and honors he received for his academic achievements, Mr. Nestor was a highly regarded member of Seton Hall’s world class Wrestling and Rugby programs. In December, 2008, Mr. Nestor went on to receive his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, during which time he focused his scholarship on complex civil and criminal litigation, as well as comparative international law. Having completed a rigorous course of research and writing while interning for the Hon. Kevin Callahan over his first summer in law school, Mr. Nestor spent his second summer in Northern Africa/The Middle East, where he studied law at the University of Cairo, taught English, and worked with numerous international legal-aid organizations. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Nestor obtained a clerkship with the Honorable Paul J. Vichness, J.S.C., in New Jersey Superior Court’s designated Business Track Division. Currently, in addition to practicing law full-time, Mr. Nestor is studying graduate level Economics and Business Administration at Rutgers University, where he was recently awarded the University’s highly-coveted Robert E. Campbell fellowship. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and his admission to the New York State Bar is pending.
