Erik E. Harris
Mr. Harris practice of law focuses primarily on general liability and casualty matters, with a concentration on motor vehicle accidents, specifically Article 51 of the New York Insurance Law and the “No-Fault” Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harris worked in-house for a livery insurer. He also clerked for the Honorable Alexander W. Hunter Jr. of Bronx County Supreme Court and had the opportunity to intern with Judge Charles E. Ramos of the New York County Supreme Court.
While in law school, Mr. Harris interned for and was later employed by the City of Mount Vernon Law Department, where he handled bodily injury claims against City Departments , including the Police Department and the Sanitation Department. While at the Law Department, Erik was awarded a student practice order by the Second Department that allowed him to appear in court under the supervision of a licensed attorney.
