Associates are trained and supervised by experienced firm members with an emphasis on litigation techniques and courtroom skills. The firm provides associates with early opportunities to undertake and assist in key aspects of litigation. Each associate is encouraged to assume responsibility for the effective preparation of their client's case, with proper counseling and oversight by an experienced supervising firm member.
