Eric J. Koplowitz

Mr. Koplowitz graduated magna cum laude in 2009 from State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and earned his J.D. in 2012 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, he interned for the Hon. Matthew F. Cooper in Supreme Court, New York County. He also served as a Notes Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, and was competitively selected to participate in the Consumer Debt Protection Field Clinic.

Mr. Koplowitz is a member of the bar in the States of New Jersey and New York. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Koplowitz successfully defended automotive and premise liability claims.

Currently, Mr. Koplowitz defends not-for-profit organizations in various tort matters arising out of negligent supervision, automobile accidents, premises liability, and school/camp accidents. He also represents surgical centers, podiatrists, and other medical facilities/professionals in malpractice cases.
