New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania Alternate Dispute Resolution Attorneys
In this fast-paced, electronic, and ever changing world, litigation is not always the best vehicle to address disputes. Hardin Kundla McKeon & Poletto has experienced trial attorneys who intimately know the risks and costs of litigating and trying cases. That unique experience brings a heightened awareness to the importance of working with parties to resolve matters through alternative methods of dispute resolution. As a consequence, HKMP’s ADR Practice is an important component of our services.
We are proud to have the Hon. Robert L. Polifroni, P.J.Civ. (ret.) lead our ADR practice group. Judge Polifroni draws upon 15 years of distinguished service in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, including 10 years as the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Bergen County, as well as a long career in litigation prior to his career on the bench. Judge Polifroni brings insight, skill and a practical approach to ADR. Judge Polifroni and the Firm’s attorneys have a broad range of experience to help parties bridge gaps and reach efficient resolutions. Our ADR services include:
- Settlement Conferencing
- Special Master
HKM&P also employs alternative methods of dispute resolution for its clients in appropriate cases. We understand that some clients feel ADR does not provide the efficiency that it could. We strive to work with our clients to identify the ADR process that best suits their needs and provides the privacy, value, and finality that ADR can offer. We know timing can be everything with ADR, so we seek to identify strategic opportunities to engage in ADR, even before lawsuits are filed.
