Many years ago, New Jersey implemented a certification program that attests to the experience and competency of civil trial lawyers. The distinction of being named a Certified Civil Trial Attorney provides an assurance to clients that these members meet the standards of experience and competency required to represent their clients’ interests effectively.

All of the senior litigation members of Hardin, Kundla, McKeon & Poletto have received this certification by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Each senior lawyer has at least 20 years of litigation experience and has successfully handled countless cases for a wide range of clients.
