Hasan Siddiqui

Mr. Siddiqui is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in complex litigation and class action lawsuits. Prior to joining Hardin, Kundla, McKeon, & Poletto, Mr. Siddiqui worked for public service organizations before joining a private practice and litigating consumer protection claims. Mr. Siddiqui’s experience makes him a zealous advocate for his clients. Mr. Siddiqui takes the lead on all aspects of litigation, including discovery and motion practice, and has successfully argued motions in both federal and state courts.
