Ross V. Carpenter

Mr. Carpenter received his B.A. in psychology from Pennsylvania State University in 2010. He then went on to earn his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2013. Throughout law school, Mr. Carpenter worked as a law clerk in a civil litigation firm in Cherry Hill, NJ. Upon graduating from Rutgers, he clerked for the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson, A.J.S.C. (ret.) in the Monmouth County Superior Court during the 2013-14 term. Prior to joining Hardin Kundla McKeon and Poletto, Mr. Carpenter was an associate for a civil litigation firm focusing on public entity defense, personal injury and employment matters.

Mr. Carpenter zealously represents clients through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations and advisory matters in an effort to protect clients’ interests in the event of unanticipated claims. He has tried several jury and bench trials to verdict in both New Jersey and New York. Mr. Carpenter has also argued before the Appellate Divisions of both States which have resulted in published Opinions.
